Charlson-Jorgenson P.A. witholding information about missing child HaLeigh Cummings?

by Timothy Charles Holmseth

Does Charlson-Jorgenson P.A., Thief River Falls, know something about the disappearance of HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings?

It would seem they do.

Since 2009, the law firm has aggressively involved itself in the unsolved kidnapping, filing non-stop court motions against the only journalist to write a book about the case.

Evidence shows that for five years, Charlson-Jorgenson has participated in an extortion campaign against Timothy Charles Holmseth, journalist/author.

In 2009, Holmseth learned HaLeigh Cummings’ mysterious disappearance was a staged kidnapping, set up to frame a seventeen year-old girl, Misty Croslin, for a non-existent murder.

In May of 2009, Holmseth was conducting interviews with individuals from Florida that were working for Crystal Sheffield, HaLeigh’s mother.

Several of the individuals Holmseth was interviewing, were simultaneously being interviewed by law enforcement in Florida, because they were suspects in HaLeigh’s kidnapping. Holmseth’s audio interviews capture the suspects discussing the police interviews.

Holmseth’s audio interviews also capture several members of the team describing attempts between various team members, to frame and blackmail each other. Several recordings capture William Staubs, Sheffield’s private investigator, and Donald Knop, legal staff, describing discussions that took place between team members to frame Croslin and an African-American man, Gregory Page.

Within days of Holmseth learning critical information about the missing child, key figures in the case made contact with Rhonda Callahan, Grand Forks. The individual were led to Callahan by public court files that showed she had a child in common with Holmseth.

Holmseth was targeted because of what he learned during his interviews.

Plans were made to begin filing CPS complaints against Holmseth. A long series of emails exist that show the planning and discussions.

Callahan filed her first CPS report against Holmseth in May of 2009, and by September of 2009, she had filed five. The CPS complaints were mirrored by a stream of telephone calls by the same individuals to the East Grand Forks Police Department (EGFPD). All the calls and complaints mentioned HaLeigh Cummings and were accompanied by claims Holmseth is mentally unstable.

While Callahan and her lawyers at Charlson-Jorgenson were busy setting Holmseth up as mentally unstable; the FBI was working with Holmseth.

In the summer of 2009, after receiving information from HaLeigh Cummings’ grandmother, Teresa Neves, Holmseth submitted a tip to the FBI that led federal agents to a scam operation based out of Southern Florida called Xentel, Inc.

Xentel has been sued by the attorney general’s office in at least seven different states for defrauding the public.

In February of 2010, the Minneapolis FBI contacted Holmseth and requested he come in for a formal interview. He was asked to turn over various audio interviews he conducted. The Special Agent that interviewed Holmseth deemed him credible.

Much of the information Holmseth learned during his interviews concerned a child sex-trafficking operation that sold infants and kids through the United States Embassy. The criminal organization utilized professionals in the legal field, fake adoption and medical documents, and a clergy impersonator.

In 2013, Callahan and Charlson-Jorgenson were still filing bogus motions declaring Holmseth delusional and mentally unstable.

In an email dated August 16, 2013, Holmseth confronted Matthew Petrovich, guardian ad litem, and Michael Mattocks, attorney, Charlson-Jorgenson.

Guardian Ad Litem

9th Minnesota Judicial District

Matt,

You asked me a question today regarding my objection to the Minnesota District Court being used as an avenue to slander and defame me and my business by proxy via court filing submitted by Rhonda Callahan through the law firm Charlson & Jorgenson.

I was TOLD HaLeigh Cummings is “alive” and being “moved around”. I was told that by a member of the group that staged her kidnapping. In 2010 the Jacksonville FBI requested the Minneapolis FBI interview me and obtain audio recordings of interviews I conducted with people involved in that case. I had to take two days off from work just to prepare the discs for the Special Agent.

You, Rhonda Callahan, and Charlson & Jorgenson, have taken a unique and specific interest in my profession as a journalist and author. You seem obsessed with guiding the perceptions of HaLeigh’s disappearance, as you attempt to influence anyone who reads the public records generated by this case.

In Rhonda Callahan’s last Affidavit she used the following phrases to describe me, my integrity, my mental health, and the validity of my journalistic work product.

 “…fabricated conspiracy…”

“…invented conspiracy…”

“…conspiracy theories…”

“…delusional conspiracy theories…”

“…his HaLeigh Cummings conspiracy…”

“…Petitioner’s imagined conspiracy…”

If you have information about the disappearance of HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings that qualifies you to say, or support statements alleging I “imagine” or “invent” things that I publish about the HaLeigh Cummings case, then you should promptly turn that information over to the FBI, Putnam County Sheriff’s Office (Florida), or Crimestoppers.

If you don’t have information to back those assertions up – then you have no legal basis or right to make those statements about me or my business in a Minnesota Family Court.

I am copying Attorney Mattocks on this email.

Regards,

Timothy Charles Holmseth

Investigative Author
