Federal whistleblower describes brutal sadistic beating of handcuffed prisoner in the East Grand Forks Police station.

Two of the perpetrators are Curt Ellingson, and Odney Ellingson.

The Ellingson’s are close relatives of Sgt. Mark Ellingson, one of the Grand Forks Police officers on leave following the shooting of David James Elliot.

David Elliot was unarmed when he was shot six time by a police officer in front of the Emergency Room in the parking lot of Altru hospital in Grand Forks, North Dakota.
