EGF Police Chief resists public records request to Plaintiff in federal lawsuit against City

EGF Police Chief Michael Hedlund is resisting a request for documents recently submitted by Timothy Charles Holmseth. Holmseth is the Plaintiff in a 42 - U.S.C. - 1983 (Deprivation of Rights) lawsuit against the City of East Grand Forks and Polk County Sheriff, among other defendants. Hedlund’s objection to the document request creates even more suspicion about the City of East Grand Forks, EGFPD, EGF EDHA, and employees that appear to be in a perpetual state of cover-up.
