Ronald Galstad, the attorney for East Grand Forks, used his prosecutorial authority to charge and illegally incarcerate a perceived enemy of the website www.radionewz.net.

The website’s enemy is Timothy Charles Holmseth, author/journalist, East Grand Forks, Minnesota. The reason Holmseth has been targeted is because he knows the missing child HaLeigh Cummings was alive on April 26, 2009, and he knows who she was with.

Shocking new evidence reveals that in 2011, Galstad and the East Grand Forks Police Department (EGFPD) conspired with a professional colleague of Galstad, to bring the State of Minnesota vs. Timothy C. Holmseth.

Holmseth is the Plaintiff in a civil rights lawsuit against the City of East Grand Forks and Polk County Sheriff’s Office, which was formally filed by the U.S. Clerk of Court on July 22, 2014.

On July 29, 2014, Holmseth submitted a request for records to the City of EGF. “I am requesting any and all records regarding me, requested by the City of East Grand Forks; EGFPD; and/or City’s Attorney’s Office from any Courthouse or keeper of records in Florida, specifically, but not limited to, Broward County, Florida. I am also requesting a photocopy from Accounts Payable showing verification of payment for said records,” Holmseth said.

EGF City Administrator David Murphy responded by notifying Holmseth the City was not going to fill any more records requests from him and would be contacting an outside attorney.

Evidence recently obtained by Holmseth connects Galstad to the x-rated website that is regularly used to cyber-stalk and sexually assaults its victims online.

On July 17, 2014, Holmseth announced on his website, www.writeintoaction.com, that he submitted a civil rights lawsuit to the United States District Court.

On July 18, 2014, www.radionewz.net published an article with a headline that read "@tholmseth's vagina spews disgusting filth".

The article read in part, "Timothy has also applied multiple times to collect disability, on the advice of his cougar girlfriend Mary Lee, a woman that Timothy has given multiple “white beards” to. Now in another dead beat mooch move, TH is attempting to sue his local government because he doesn’t want to get a job. Timothy your vagina is spewing disgusting filth! Go away!"

On July 21, 2014, www.radionewz.net published the following article, which included a photograph of Holmseth from when he was arrested by Galstad and the EGFPD in 2011.

Is Timothy Charles Holmseth a pedophile?

I’ve been hesitating to make this post, because labeling someone a pedophile is a very serious charge and accusation. However, there are a myriad of examples that I could cite that have made me question whether this wannabe “investigative author” Timothy Charles Holmseth, that hails from East Grand Forks, MN is a pedophile.

Timothy Charles Holmseth inserted himself into the Haleigh Cummings case in 2009 after the 5-year-old child went missing from her home in Satsuma, Florida. Holmseth has been obsessed and consumed with the case for 5 years. So obsessed that he has not worked since the child went missing. He sits in his apartment (paid for by the tax payers) and lives off welfare and food stamps… This lowlife even self published a book filled with his bizarre and unfounded conspiracies about the case.

Timothy Charles Holmseth went on a BlogTalkRadio show (a show that has since been removed) hosted by a nut case in California named Wayanne Kruger. While on the show, Holmseth made startling claims. He claimed that Haleigh was the victim of child pornography and accused several people of doing inappropriate things to the child before she went missing. He went into disgusting detail.

This information would never have been published or discussed on a respected, credentialed media outlet because it was unfounded. Timothy dreamed this information up in his mind. Now, what sort of demented mind would “dream” or come up with something so perverted? Only someone that thinks like that, and has those tendencies. What Timothy said on that program was so disgusting and sick, that is revealed what sort of mind he has.

Timothy and his cougar girlfriend Mary Lee will obviously jump on this post. As predicted. I will point out that Timothy has never been convicted of any crimes against children. However, Timothy has accused multiple people of molesting Haleigh, including a man that has passed away. So if Timothy can throw out accusations of that nature, then he cannot be a hypocrite, he cannot complain about these accusations being published.

It is the opinion of this author that Timothy Charles Holmseth has a sick mind, and that he fantasizes about children being sexually abused, and that he is a pedophile or a potential pedophile. He needs to locked up, because he is a very unstable and sick individual.

Holmseth has evidence that links Galstad to website that is publishing the vile commentary. Galstad has used EGF municipal funds and prosecutorial powers to assist those associated with the website.

Holmseth believes Galstad and the author of the above mentioned article need to be investigated by the FBI.
