Levi Page, 25, a webcaster from Tennessee that once appeared on the Jane Valez Mitchell Show on the HLN network has been investigated by Minnesota police and is now part of a court case involving child protection.

Page is accused of operating a website called www.radionewz.net and using it to publish sexual threats and videos against the minor children of a witness in the HaLeigh Cummings missing child investigation.

On August 18, 2015, at 3:30 P.M., at the Polk County Justice Center in Crookston, Minnesota, Honorable Tamara Yon will hear a Motion to hold Rhonda W. Callahan, Grand Forks, North Dakota, in contempt of court, for violating a Protective Order.

The Motion was filed after sexual threats and videos began appearing on www.radionewz.net against the children of investigative journalist Timothy Charles Holmseth (this writer).

The author of the threats is demanding Timothy Holmseth remove all of his websites from the Web by July 26, 12:01 A.M. or more sexual content will be published about his children.

The violation of the Protective Order involves Callahan’s alleged communications with Levi Page, and others associated with www.radionewz.net and the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping case.

POLICE REPORT REVEALS LEVI PAGE LIED ABOUT HIS AGE

In August, 2010, a Blog Talk Radio bio was published to introduce a man named Levi Page from Tennessee and The Levi Page Show.

The title of the bio reads: CRIMINAL INVESTIGATOR LEVI PAGE. Levi Page is then introduced as being 34 years-old.

In July, 2015, a police report was filed against Levi Page for harassment, extortion, blackmail, and sexual threats against minor children on the Web, which the victim believed was being perpetrated by Levi Page using a fake name on www.radionewz.net.

Subsequent investigations by Minnesota law enforcement revealed Levi Page is presently 25 years-old. “I contacted Austin Peay University and was able to obtain contact information for a Levi H Page DOB 07/19/1990,” reported Officer Corey Amundson, East Grand Forks Police Department.

Therefore, while Levi Page’s bio announced he was 34 years-old in 2010, he was actually only 20 years-old.

The combination of Levi Page’s bogus title of “criminal investigator” along with the fake age of 34 years, [published in his online bio], created the false appearance to the unwitting public that he was a former law enforcement officer turned television talk show host.

In Page’s short two years of adult life, he had gone from being a complete unknown with no professional resume or experience, to appearing on national television where he was giving his opinion on active missing child cases.

“The Nashville, Tenn., native is also a regular on the CNN Headline News show Issues with Jane Velez-Mitchell, where he discusses cases like those of Haleigh Cummings, Caylee Anthony and Kyron Horman,” the bio says.

But in reality - behind the scenes - he was telephoning witnesses and threatening them about what they could and could not say.

Levi Page called Timothy Holmseth and told him HaLeigh Cummings was dead and he better "shut the fuck up" and stop saying HaLeigh is alive.

At the time Levi Page telephoned Holmseth, Holmseth had already begun to obtain information about child rape pornography that had been created and distributed of HaLeigh Cummings after she was reported missing.

In June, 2015, Holmseth reported the evidence to the Minneapolis FBI and Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

The evidence regarding the child pornography has also been submitted to Director Tom Hackney, Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, and Jacksonville FBI, in the wake of the Lonzie Barton kidnapping in Jacksonville, Florida.
