The actual truth about the murder of JonBenet Ramsey will never see the light of the day on Dr. Phil; in a People magazine feature; or any docu-series re-visiting the decade’s old crime.
That is unless they discuss the CIA program MK Ultra and Project Monarch.
According to a Washington D.C. insider the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Colorado law enforcement have long since known exactly what happened to JonBenet – but moreover – so do the recipients of document dumps containing classified information about the case.
The documents allegedly show…
John and Patsy Ramsey were CIA assets participating in a behavioral engineering program called Project Monarch on the night their six year-old daughter, JonBenet, was tortured to death.

However – the child’s death may have been accidental, per say.
The Ramsey’s allowed their daughter to be accidently killed during a trauma-based mind control session being visited upon the child by a CIA controller who was in the Ramsey home on December 25, 1996.
Such torture sessions are done to fragment the mind into segments much like a computer program is programmed.
In typical cases, a child between the ages of 2-4 who is subjected to severe abuse will 'dis-associate' and create new personalities to escape into. Each case of abuse can create more personalities known as 'alters'. Each of these personalities can then be programmed using mind control techniques. The well known movie "The Manchurian Candidate" provides a good idea how the mind control works.
The name that keeps coming up as the CIA controller in the Ramsey home on December 25, 1996 is a man named Robert Adolph Enyart.
According to the insider, the U.S. intelligence community is imploding under the weight of email scandals, international hacking, and federal investigations, as the era of Wiki-Leaks and Edward Snowden dominate news cycles and are unveiling truths never meant to be known beyond an elite cabal.
“One day the JonBenet secrets and documents will just pop-up on the Web with no warning,” the insider told Write Into Action.
And it makes sense.
In 1998 a 12-person Grand Jury convened to look into JonBenet's unsolved death. The Grand Jury subsequently prepared a true bill that probable cause existed that the Ramsey’s engaged in Child Abuse Resulting in Death – but the Prosecutor, Alex Hunter, subsequently refused to move ahead with the case.
However, the death of JonBenet by an unindicted third party during a trauma-based mind control session can actually be imagined through a close reading of the criminal counts that were drafted against the Ramsey’s. READ

John Ramsey then helped cover up for the person that committed the acts of child abuse.

The same counts are then repeated against Patricia Paugh Ramsey.
The charges appear to point at a third party being involved.
According to Project Monarch survivor and author Cathy O’Brien there was a video confiscated by law enforcement from the Ramsey home entitled ‘How To Create a Mind Control Slave Using a Stun Gun’. O’Brien, who reportedly has over a thousand stun-gun burns on her body, said she is the female used in the instructional video.

The video was seized on grounds of National Security.
In what might be the most poignant observation ever made regarding the Ramsey murder, O’Brien asked how the violent murder of a six year-old girl snatched from her bed in her own home, albeit at the hands of her parents, or the hands of an intruder, could fall under National Security of the United States.
In 2015 the Denver FBI contacted Danielle Kekoa, a defector from a small group of activists and individuals that meet at a place called Denver Bible Church. The group is led by Bob Enyart who claims he’s a pastor.
But Enyart, a radio shock-jock and pro-life activist who is obsessed with discussing the details of fetal dismemberment appears to be involved in about everything except the message of Jesus Christ. According to Danielle Kekoa, live abortion videos are like pornography to Enyart.
Enyart authored and distributed a Manifesto showing his elaborate plan to begin his own “shadow government” within the United States.
The FBI was seeking information from Kekoa about Denver Bible Church, which Kekoa describes as a “satanic cult” comprised of pedophiles and mind-control slaves. The feds were attempting to thwart suspected plans by Enyart's cult to attack a Planned Parenthood, which ultimately occurred in Colorado Springs three days after the Kekoa interview when Robert Lewis Dear opened fire at the Planned Parenthood facility - killing three including a police officer. .
Kekoa and her husband, Curtis Kekoa, insist their former pastor Bob Enyart murdered JonBenet and are demanding his DNA be tested and compared to the unidentified male DNA found at the scene.

The FBI’s interest in Enyart shows federal authorities can no longer ignore the ‘pastor’ that, in addition to his Manifesto, authored a detailed timeline and play-by-play analysis of the events in the Boulder, Colorado home of John and Patsy Ramsey the night JonBenet Ramsey died. The bizarre presentation by Enyart entitled The Clue That Breaks The Case appears to be written by an eye-witness.
Enyart once even suggested during a live radio program he possesses video of John Ramsey killing his daughter.
According to the Washington D.C. source, the truth about JonBenet and Project Monarch program is now seeping out through “too many holes to plug”.
