Judge and U.S. Attorney amongst names of client list in Florida prescription drug sting operation

Alec Thomas Hash not missing - running for his life

by Timothy Charles Holmseth

As Saxby Chambliss, U.S. Senator, [R-GA], formally intervenes on behalf of the hunted Alec Thomas Hash, Write Into Action has obtained credible evidence that Hash, 17, is the target of organized government mafia.

U.S. Senator Saxby Chambliss [R-GA]

Senator Chambliss formally requested the U.S. Department of Justice investigate Florida Judge Karen Gievers, and Melanie Tudor, victims advocate, Tallahassee Police Department (TPD) and facts are emerging that reveal Chambliss’ suspicions are well placed.

In fact – Judge Gievers and Advocate Tudor are only the tip of the iceberg.

Evidence srongly suggests that Alec Hash has been targeted by rogue elements of law enforcement for the purpose of silencing his father, Dr. Mark Hash.

Dr. Hash was arrested in November, 2009, during an FDLE raid on two weight loss clinics in Florida. He was charged for writing prescriptions for controlled substances with no medical necessity – a third degree felony.

The charges were subsequently dropped for lack of evidence.

Write Into Action has learned that the prosecution of Dr. Hash may have been a failed attempt to conceal the clientele list of the weight loss clinic.

The client list includes:

  • Judge(s)
  • Family of Judges
  • Inspectors General / Governor Scott’s Office
  • U.S. Attorney
  • Court Clerks
  • States Attorneys
  • Florida Department of Law Enforcement agents
  • Sheriff’s Deputies
  • Florida Highway Patrol officers
  • Capital Police
  • Department of Health employees
  • Department of Corrections employees
  • Department of Agriculture employees
  • Florida Department of Revenue employees (auditors)
  • Department of Energy employees
  • Department of Motor Vehicles employees
  • Florida State Representative and politicians

Alec Hash, an emancipated married adult, is presently in hiding from the State of Florida. The FDLE has posted his picture and profile on the Web and classified him as a ‘missing child’ and refuses to remove it.

According to documents, the arresting officer in the Dr. Hash case, FDLE Special Agent Matt Sears, was fully aware his FDLE colleague, Special Agent Tal Whiddon, along with his wife, Roxanne Whiddon (a Leon County Sheriff's Office Deputy), had been obtaining prescription medication from the clinic despite not having been examined by Dr. Hash.

In his formal complaint, Agent Sears details how many times Mr. and Mrs. Whiddon visited the clinic and obtained prescription drugs.

What Sears'collegaue, Whiddon was doing; was also being done by judges, state's attorneys, police, the governor's office, and government employees.

Agent Sears’ arrest of Dr. Hash immediately creates questions, because Sears never once interviewed Dr. Hash, and allegedly withheld statements from a clinic employee that had told investigators that low level employees were using Hash’s license without his knowledge.

"I was one of several doctors at the clinic but the only doctor to recognize what the [owners] were doing and order them to immediately stop," Dr. Hash said.

Although the charges against Dr. Hash were dropped, his trouble with the Florida judicial system had only just begun.

Dr. Hash’s son, Alec Hash, became the target.

Write Into Action has previously reported Florida Judge Karen Gievers, Victim’s Advocate Melanie Tudor, Tallahassee Police Department, Attorney James Banks, Carol Oseroff PhD, and Guardian ad Litem Bib Willis, are some of the players suspected of coordinating the (attempted) institutional kidnapping of Alec Hash.

This is a developing story.
