an independent investigation into the whereabouts of HaLeigh Cummings

Every Picture Tells A Story
Below:The photo below showing Crystal Sheffield with her daughter and son is a photoshopped picture. It was created to garner sympathy for Sheffield on a website designed to solicit donations from the public. The website was published by a man named Jeremiah Regan.
About Jeremiah Regan: In areportmade to the Putnam County Sheriff's Office shortly after HaLeigth disappeared, a woman from Georgia identified Regan as looking like a man she saw on February 10, 2009, in a used clothing store purchasing clothes for a little girl with speical needs named HaLeigh who had just been placed into 'foster care.' On April 26, 2009, Regan was identified as looking like a man who was with HaLeigh Cummings at a gas station in South Carolina. He was covering her face and then made her lay down on the floor-boards of the car. When the sighting information became wideley published PCSO Detective Daley questioned Reagn. He claimed he was with Attorney Kim Picazio, Crystal Sheffield, and Ronald Cummings Jr. that day in Daytona Beach. Picazioconfirmsshe was with Regan on April 26, 2009, but said they never left Putnam County, Florida.
Below: This is a close up of the photo you see above. What you are seeing was an amateurish attempt to splice several images into one. Further on in the presentation you will be shown areas to focus on.
Below:This photo was the original version of the photo seen above before it was processed and cleaned up. Write Into Action traced the chain of possesion of the photo from the web designer, ibi Designs,to a company called Xentel. The photo had been in the possession of a woman named Donna Wagoner. She was a very close friend of Attorney Kim Picazio. When Timothy Charles Holmseth, owner/publisher, Write Into Action, contacted Wagoner about the photo, she telephoned the East Grand Forks Police in Minnesota. The EGFPD told Holmseth they had been contacted by both Wagoner and Picazio at seperate times. Wagoner and Picazio (an attorny) were both advised that it is not a crime to ask questions. Picazio was very nervous about the photo.

Elvin Thomas - 18 Year Veteran of Photoshop and Program Instructor Analyzes Photo Provides Expert Opinion
1. Located here is either a head or a shoulder. It is not part of the couch. It is likely a man. 2. Located here is what appears to be a large elbow - likely of a man. 3. The color of HaLeigh's shirt was deliberately painted to match Crystal Sheffield's shirt, which was also painted. 4, This is man's arm. Note the dark tan on the arm stops at the knuckles where the fingers suddenly turn white. 5. This shows a "dip" between the arm and the wrist that is inconsistent with human anatomy. It looks like this because a woman's hand was photoshopped/ connected to the large arm. 6. This is a very incriminating area of deception. If you zoom in tight you will see that the hand that was connected to the arm did not match, and is so un-even that there is a 90 degree angle line exposing the photo shopping. 7. If you zoom in on the little boy's shirt you will see blurry pixilation in many areas. This is because the little boy was likely put into the picture. 8. There is a un-natural hole in the head here that could not be rectified during the photo shopping process. 9. This ear does not match the other ear. 10. If you zoom in and look at the tip of the adult's finger, you will see "white" from the little boy's shirt in un-naturally blending into her finger-tip. This is the result of photo shopping.
Below: The arrow is pointing to the side of the little boy's head where it has been tampered with. Also, if you look at the child's sleeve on his right arm some of it appears to be invisible.
Below: Look at the little boy's face. It matches the expression of the above photo. Whe the photo was published by Art Harris its quality was deliberately reduced to prevent careful close-up analysis.
Below:Art Harris says he got the photos from Marie Griffis, HaLeigh's maternal grandmother.
