Saxby Chambliss, U.S. Senator [R-GA], has formally requested the U.S. Department of Justice investigate Florida Judge Karen Gievers, and Melanie Tudor, victims advocate, Tallahassee Police Department (TPD).
Powerful evidence suggests Gievers and Tudor, along with other rogue members of the Florida legal community, including the TPD, conspired to violate the rights of Alec Thomas Hash, 17, and his father, Dr. Mark Hash. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) is presently publishing a “missing person” poster of Alec Hash. He is classified as a missing child. However, Alec Hash is married and was emancipated by a judge in Georgia in February of 2014.
Evidence shows Judge Gievers and Advocate Tudor are seeking to have Alec Hash taken into police custody because he is a witness to their criminal activities. Alec Hash fled Florida in May of 2013; remains in hiding; and is reportedly in fear for his life. Dr. Mark Hash has lawsuits filed against both the TPD and FDLE. "This is a corruption case, colored as a custody case," Dr. Hash said.
