On March 24, 2014, Write Into Action reported the sudden flight of a sixteen year-old boy that escaped detention by Florida authorities after a Family Court Judge issued a pick-up order for the child.

Despite the young man being emancipated by a judge in Georgia – the State of Florida refuses to take his name out of the national computer, which was placed in the computer regarding his status as a ‘minor’ amidst what is now a ‘closed’ file.

Emerging evidence obtained by Write Into Action appears to clearly show personnel employed by the City of Tallahassee conspired with court officials to fabricate circumstances; whereupon the court is then used to seize the child(ren) and monetary assets from witnesses to the crimes of government employees.
