HaLeigh Cummings Bombshell: ‘Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc’ reported to FBI

by Timothy Charles Holmseth on February 6, 2016 at 11:14 P.M.

HaLeigh Cummings may have been transported across state lines by individuals posing as a church group.

In a spectacular piece of new evidence, the FBI has a lead that HaLeigh Cummings was transported out of the State of Florida by a corporation called Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc.

The individuals that took HaLeigh from Florida may have been posing as a church group and they were all captured on video.

TINA CHURCH, SPECIALIZED INVESTIGAIVE CONSULTANTS INC

On July 26, 2011, Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants, Mishawka, Indiana, telephoned the police in East Grand Forks, Minnesota and reported that Timothy Charles Holmseth had just told her he had the missing child HaLeigh Cummings in his apartment.

VIEW POLICE REPORT

The false police report has become the cornerstone to evidence connecting Church and her group to the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping.

The EGFPD police report narrative said, “She also claims that Holmseth told her that he has HaLeigh in h[is] apartment. What he actually said was ‘HaLeigh is alive and you wouldn’t believe who is in the apartment with me right now.’”

EGFPD officers were dispatched to Holmseth’s apartment to verify HaLeigh was not in Holmseth’s home.

Holmseth recorded the telephone call, which shows he never said any such thing to Church, or her associate Levi Page, Tennessee, who was on the telephone with her when she called.

The actual conversation shows Church and Page likely planned the false police report in advance.

TINA CHURCH - FBI CHILD PORN RAID IN KENTUCKY

Church and Page had begun relentlessly harassing and threatening Holmseth after he (Holmseth) published that Church had contacted HaLeigh Cummings case witnesses, Hank and Chelsea Croslin, and told them the FBI had raided an apartment in Kentucky for child porn and HaLeigh was believed to have been found.

Hank Croslin and Chelsea Croslin both told Holmseth they learned about the FBI child porn raid from their “private investigator” “Tina Church.” The Croslin’s said Church told them the FBI found HaLeigh but were waiting for DNA tests to confirm it was her.

The raid was on a man named Danny Druck, 58, Louisville.

On June 7, 2012, CBS news reported “Feds crack child pornography ring.” The story reports Druck had been arrested during Operation Bulldog and was being sentenced to federal prison.

"This operation uncovered a dangerous and depraved group of criminals who were devoted to trading sexually explicit images of children under the age of five," Assistant U.S. Attorney General Larry Breuer said in the statement,”” CBS reported.

NEW EVIDENCE PLACES TINA CHURCH WITH HALEIGH CUMMINGS’ MOTHER AND GRANDMOTHER ONE MONTH AFTER THE KIDNAPPING

During recorded calls, Tina Church told Holmseth she had nothing to do with the HaLeigh Cummings investigation and warned him she had “attorney friends” in North Dakota and Minnesota that were going to file an “Amicus Brief” to the Minnesota Family Court to have his children taken away if he didn’t shut up.

Explosive new evidence shows Church was deeply involved with HaLeigh’s family shortly after the kidnapping.

Audio evidence discovered in February, 2016 on Timothy Holmseth’s back-up discs, reveal Church and a group traveled to Florida in March, 2009, to meet with HaLeigh’s family.

Timothy Holmseth: Hey have you ever heard of Tina Church?

Wayanne Kruger: Have what?

Timothy Holmseth: Have you ever heard of a woman named Tina Church?

Wayanne Kruger: Christine.

Timothy Holmseth: No, Tina. T-I-N-A

Wayanne Kruger: I haven’t heard of Tina Church but I’ve heard a Christine. She was at the tent, at ummm, oh what day was that; she came up with a group of, and I have the video – with a group of Church-goers that came from, I think it was either Kentucky or Georgia on behalf of the prayer vigil that I video taped. And it was like a big thing for Mary (Griffis) (Marie Griffis is the maternal grandmother of HaLeigh Cummings). I mean I’ve never seen her act so demanding that everybody be there. Because these people were coming up and they were going to be doing this vigil and they were driving all the way up from this place. And then when they got there – I mean I was there – when I got there there was only like seven people. You know she made it out to be like this huge event was happening and so I made sure I had my camera I said can I video tape everybody they said sure no problem. And that was it. It was like seven people that gathered around and they did their prayers and it was over. It was not at all what Marie was running around talking about. I mean she was demanding that Crystal (Sheffield) (Crystal Sheffield is HaLeigh’s mother)  be there by this time that she not be late – blah blah blah – blah blah blah – you know there coming all the way from this place just to do a prayer vigil – and  to me I thought wow this must be huge – you know I mean is this part of her congregation – you know what’s her religion – what’s the connection – you know what ever it is Crystal we should at least get there beforehand and you know set it up nice and help your mom. And she was like whatever people come and go all the time and that was it. And I was introduced to a Christine that was there.

Timothy Holmseth: Christine. What’s her last name? Church?

Wayanne Kruger: Church.

Timothy Holmseth: Are you shitting me?

Wayanne Kruger: No I’m not shitting you. I thought – what I said was, is she Christine from the church, or “is your last name Church.” She goes “no Christine Church”. I was like okay, alright. It didn’t, I mean, I thought it was odd but at the same time they were getting ready to do their vigil and stuff. So I just grabbed my camcorder and videotaped the whole thing and I’m positive I have every person on the video.

Church’s involvement is confirmed by Art Harris, Nancy Grace’s journalist on the HaLeigh Cummings case.

Harris reported on his blog:

“According to Tina Church, a private investigator who told us she’d volunteered briefly to help Chelsea get to the bottom of her legal troubles. said Chelsea never followed up. Fresh to the case, she told us she also offered to check rumors Haleigh had been spotted alive in Kentucky along with the credibility of purported photos of Haleigh strangers sent Misty in prison–that our FBI sources debunked and we exposed as a hoax.

She did however manage to entice one disreputable blogger (who requests donations) into spinning another bogus tale, a Haleigh case groupie dismissed by law enforcement officials as a prevaricator and a nuisance and who profiler Pat Brown describes as an online “terrorist,” paranoid and obsessed like a growing number on the internet fringe drawn to missing child cases. In an on going dispute with the mother of his six year old son, local police in Minnesota report numerous complaints for harrassment and defamation, despite an affadavit he filed with a local judge in a custody dispute claiming none.”

The derogatory references to an “online terrorist” by Harris were pertaining to Holmseth.

Emails show Harris too reported Holmseth to the EGFPD and repeatedly requested Lt. Rodney Hajicek to find something to arrest Holmseth for.

Records show Hajicek and East Grand Forks City Attorney Ronald Galstad were in regular contact with out-of-state individuals that wanted Holmseth arrested while he (Holmseth) was assisting the Minneapolis and Jacksonville FBI.

Holmseth, during a journalistic sting, over the telephone, captured members of a child pornography ring in Florida, discussing secret naked photographs of HaLeigh Cummings that showed the five year-old’s vagina which had been sexually assaulted.

This latest audio evidence was not found until February, 2016, because the EGFPD and Minnesota Pine to Prairie Task Force seized Holmseth’s computer and destroyed the hard-drive before returning it.

Holmseth has spent hundreds of ours scouring his files to find this evidence the law enforcement Shadow Government operatives tried to destroy.

Church has past legal troubles and news reports show she was at the center of a criminal operation in Texas that involved smuggling cell phones into a prison for Death Row inmates to talk to her.
