Should Florida judge Karen Gievers be arrested?

by Timothy Charles Holmseth

Should Florida Judge Karen Gievers be arrested for witness tampering?

Many believe that two honest people can no longer disagree about what the judge is doing.

Evidence suggests that the Leon County Family Court Judge has committed crimes that include fraud, extortion, and is actively conspiring with others to commit human trafficking.

Judge Karen Gievers

Facts and circumstances suggest Gievers is attempting to avoid prosecution by attempting to take Alec Thomas Hash, Georgia, into State custody, where he will be subjected to witness tampering.

On the other side of the coin – Gievers’ pursuit of Hash thus far has caused so much fear in him that he is afraid to surface.

Hash is not only the Rosetta stone witness to the federal criminal case that will surely be brought against Gievers, but, Hash is already a Plaintiff and witness in pending lawsuits against the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) and Tallahassee Police Department (TPD).

Evidence suggests that at present, Gievers is already guilty of violating:

18 U.S. Code § 1512 - Tampering with a witness, victim, or an informant?

  • 1 (A) prevent the attendance or testimony of any person in an official proceeding;
  • 2 (A) influence, delay, or prevent the testimony of any person in an official proceeding;
  • 3 (b) Whoever knowingly uses intimidation, threatens, or corruptly persuades another person, or attempts to do so, or engages in misleading conduct toward another person, with intent to -  (1) influence, delay, or prevent the testimony of any person in an official proceeding;

Gievers has issued a pick-up order for Hash that has no basis in law. It was issued when Hash was a minor because he failed to attend a Family Court custody proceeding between his parents. The custody case is now closed; Hash is married, emancipated, and resides in Georgia.

But Gievers will not lift the pick-up order.

Why is it important for Gievers to seize physical custody of Hash? Because – his father, Dr. Mark Hash, has two pending lawsuits – one is against the TPD, and another against the FDLE - and Alec Hash is the Rosetta stone witness.

Here is how it all works.

After Dr. Hash took an aggressive legal position against the FDLE and TPD for false arrest and civil rights violations, he suddenly became the target of a custody challenge filed by his estranged ex-wife, Reschin Moore.

But this wasn’t your ordinary custody case.

Moore emerged from relative obscurity, accompanied by a ‘victim’s advocate’ named Melanie Tudor, who is employed by the City of Tallahassee, working under the TPD.

Tudor is frequently in Gievers courtroom as a victims advocate.

Under any other circumstances, Moore would have zero percent chance of changing custody. Alec Hash had been in the physical custody of his father for over ten years. Physical custody had long since been awarded to Dr. Hash, because Moore had been diagnosed with severe mental problems – including psychosis.

Medical documents, psyche ward reports, psychological assessments, and Social Services records relied upon by previous courts, show Moore is not stable. In addition to jumping out of moving vehicles and suicidal thoughts, records show she openly admits to pulling a gun on multiple occasions; a problem so dire to her family’s safety that her discharge summary stated a “gun safe” was required.

However – as Dr. Hash became a Plaintiff against the FDLE and TPD – he quickly found himself a Defendant in a custody case spearheaded by a TPD employee.

And then this happened.

Judge Gievers found that all the other courts, social services, CPS, doctors, and therapists had gotten it wrong. Gievers stated in an Order that Dr. Hash had fooled and brainwashed everybody. She abruptly awarded physical custody of Alec Hash to his mother and placed a no-contact order on his father.

At the time Gievers placed Alec Hash in Moore’s custody; he already been legally married for six months.

Gievers also ordered Dr. Hash to pay all the attorney fees of Moore’s lawyer, as well as all other fees – effectively bankrupting him.

Of course - Alec Hash knew he was being kidnapped.

It is believed Gievers and the criminal ring she operates intend to have Alec Hash declared mentally incompetent and made a ward of the State. Such a declaration by a Judge (Gievers) will dilute the cases being brought by either Alec Hash, his brother, Christopher Hash, or their father.

Alec Hash was being kidnapped and trafficked by government officials in the State of Florida because his father possesses medical charts, names, and stakeout photos, of government officials coming in and out of a pill mill that was raided by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) – where they had all committed a felony – each and every one of them.

The client list of the pill-mill includes the names of judges, state’s attorneys, state troopers, deputies, department of health employees, and employees of the Governor’s office.

Therefore – escaping a grim fate in the custody of Moore and her State handlers – the young Eagle Scout used his head. Alec Hash traveled to Missouri and married his girlfriend. The act freed him from the clutches of the State because he was legally emancipated. He subsequently obtained an Emancipation Order from a judge in Georgia.

According to both state and federal law Alec Hash is a married adult.

Under intense pressure, the Leon County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) recently removed Alec Hash’s name from the National Crime Information Center (NCIC). His name and image was removed from the Web because the ‘missing’ status was deemed ‘unfounded’ because he is an adult and not missing.

Defiant – in advance of human trafficking - Giever’s refuses to lift the pick-up order for Alec Hash, and her most recent act was to issue a court Order, based upon a fictional hearing, that was not scheduled, dated, sworn, recorded, and does not name the witnesses. VIEW DOCUMENT

Many fear Gievers is mentally ill.

Senator Saxby Chambliss [R-GA] has requested the Department of Justice investigate this matter.
